Returns & Exchanges
We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packed with care.
Please choose carefully as we do not do returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a return authorization with 2 days of receiving your purchase, via email (waiting for new email) or phone. Quote your order and reason for seeking exchange.
Our customer service team will assess the product and reason then advise if exchange is available and when and how the products will be returned.
Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging.
Warranties and Repairs
All warranties are supplied by manufacturer and not Norris Hair Rockhampton we are distributors only.
Manufacturers specify warranty periods which will vary for each product and we will endeavour to make sure that the process run as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
